RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns / Exchange Policies

*THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ONLINE ORDERS ONLY*

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for some reason, you are not satisfied
with your purchase, you may send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date provided it meets the following criteria:

-Item must be in its original UNWORN condition and without any scratches, marks or blemishes.
-Items must not have been sized or altered in length on special requests by us or by a local jeweler.

-Item is not custom made or a made to order product.

-Engraved items are not eligible for returns.

Exchange if your ring IS engraved or has passed the 30 Day policy. (Alternative metal Tungsten/titanium)

• -Engraved Ring Size Exchanges are $29. Exchanges after 12 months are $49.
• -Custom 14k Gold Rings have an exchange fee of $100 (cannot be sized and have to be remade)
• -You are responsible for the postage to us. We will take care of the postage on the way back for customers located in the United States.
• -Email for RA#
• -Send the ring back with RA# on outside of box. 
• -Once received we will process your exchange and also send an invoice for the balance.

 

All returns:

-Returned with all original accessories, paperwork, tags and gift boxes.
-Return shipping/handling fee is to be paid by buyers.
-Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
-There will be a restocking fee up to 20% for all eligible returned items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at monicajewelers03@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
